Japanese style cabbage rolls

I am going to talk about how to make Japanese style cabbage rolls.

~ingredients~
・ 8 large cabbage leaves
・ 4/3 groud pork
・ 4 shiitake mush rooms, minced
・ a half onion, minced
・ 1 carrot, minced
・ a half teaspoon salt
・ pepper
・ 2 cup chicken soup stock
・ 1 tablespoon soysauce

~Cokking step~
1. Wash cabbage leaves
2. Steam or boil them to soften
3. Mix ground pork, shiitake, carrot, and onion in a large bowl
4. Season with pepper and salt and mix further
5. Divide the pork mixture into 8 portions
6. Put one portion of pork mixture on a cabbage leaf and roll it
7. Close the roll with a tooth pick
8. Make 8 cabbage rolls
9. Place cabbage rolls in a large pan
10. Pour chicken soup stock and say sauce in pan
11. Simmer the cabbage rolls on low heat until meat is cooked
