Cabbage rolls recipe

We will talk about how to make stuffed cabbge rolls. We need for 4 people.

We are going to explain the forrowing ingredients.
1 large head cabbage, 1 cup quick cooking rice, 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 medium onion, 2 table spoons woncester sause, a half teaspoon salt, a quiter pepper, 1 can condensed tomato soup, 3 cup water, a bit oil, and 1 crashed soup cube.

We are going to explain the forrowing utensils.
A pressure cooker, A large bowl, A kitchen knife, A cutting board, A measuring spoon, A measuring cup, 8 toothpicks, 4 dishes, and A frying pan.

We are going to explain 6 cooking steps. First step is prepare onion. Secound step is prepare the cabbage. Third step is combine other ingredients. Fourth step is fold insides ingredients into cabbage leaves. Fifth step is make sauce. Sixth step is stew a roll cabbage.


We are going to explain first step: prepare onion. You'll cut an onion and fry them in frying pan.

We are going to explain secound step: prepare the cabbage. You prepare cabbage in boiling water over high heat only leaves start falling off the head. Then, 14~16 large leaves picks to make rolls and set aside the remaining parts of the cabbage.

We are going to explain third step: combine other ingredients. You'll put 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 medium onion, 2 tablespoons worcester sauce, a half teaspoon salt, and a crused soup cube into a large bowl. Then, you mix them with your hand until they are sticky. And, you divide them into 8 equal parts.

We are going to explain fourth step: fold insides ingredients. You'll cut the care of cabbage and roll up leaf completely to enclose meat. Then, they fasten with toothpick and repeat the 8 process.

We are going to explain fifth step: make sauce. You'll line a pressure cooker with left over cabbage and put in 1 can condensed tomato soup and 3 cup water. Then, you stack cabbage rolls on top of sauce and cover.

We are going to explain final step: stew a roll cabbage. You'll simmer them on low heat for 1 and half hours until rolls are tender. Finally, you remove rolls and cabbage and put on dishes.
